(1) Schedule of Fees apply during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, holidays excepted. Reconnection of disconnected services other than during these hours will require a service charge of $80.00. All other fees/charges are the same regardless of hours.
(2) Membership is chargeable only on the first service in a member's name…additional services in the same name do not require membership fees.
(3) A security deposit will be required on all accounts and may be up to 2 ˝ times the average monthly bill based on credit worthiness.
(4) Accounts disconnected for nonpayment of bill shall pay all current amounts billed plus all applicable fees/charges before service can be reconnected.
