Credit Card: Beauregard Electric Cooperative (BECi) accepts payments made by all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Simply visit our online payment portal to pay by credit card. Create a profile using the Credit Card Profile to save your payment information. Your profile can be deleted at any time. Note: A 2.45% third party charge will apply.
E-Check: If you choose the E-Check Option, you will be prompted to add your bank’s routing number and checking account number to process your payment. Create a profile using the E-Check Profile to save your payment information. Your profile can be deleted at any time.

PowerPay
PowerPay is the new pre-pay plan that offers the opportunity to pay the amount you want when you want. Unlike traditional monthly bills, PowerPay can be used to pay account balances in smaller amounts on a weekly or biweekly basis instead of paying one large amount once a month.
Similar to filling up a car with gasoline, members can deposit the amount of their choice into their PowerPay account—even as low as a few dollars—and when the balance gets close to empty, the member-only needs to add more fuel.
Auto Payment/Bank Draft
This service, provided in cooperation with your local bank, is a convenient method of paying your electric bill. With your authorization, the exact amount needed is automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month and credited to your BECi electric bill.
You will continue receiving monthly statements with the auto payment notated. Bank draft must be set up by a customer service rep and will draft out on your billing due date. Credit card drafts are also available.

Budget Billing
This program is designed for billing an amount equal to the monthly average and avoiding the seasonal variations of electric bills. It does not reduce the total annual billing but will smooth out the monthly variations and help members fit the electric bill in their monthly budget. Budget billing is available to all residential members with at least 12-month history at the present location.
BECi will continue to read your meter each month. Your bill will be the same for the first 11 months. You will be required to settle your account to a zero balance on the 12th month. Your account will be reviewed for a new average for the next year. The monthly statement will include the kilowatt-hour usage and dollar amount.
You can terminate budget billing at any time. All accounts must have a zero balance before transferring to budget billing.
